NDC has supported Indonesian government regulations so as to ensure safety and comfort for anyone who uses our data center services.



REGULATION DESCRIPTION NDC SUPPORT
Article 12 Bank Indonesia Regulation No: 9/15 / PBI / 2007 Concerning the Implementation of Risk Management in the Use of IT by Commercial Banks, namely "The Bank's Obligations to Control Physical and Environmental Data Center and DRC" NDC ensures the quality of physical control and data center environment as well as DRC service facilities.
Article 40 of Law Number 11 of 2008 Regarding Information and Electronic Transactions which regulates "The Government facilitates strategic electronic data and its track records to the Data Center" NDC facilitates strategic electronic data services and its track record.
Pasal 17 PP 82 Tahun 2012 Regarding the Electronic Transaction and System Operator (PSTE) regarding "The obligation to place data centers and DRC in the territory of Indonesia" NDC with its data centers spread across 6 locations / regions, is very conducive to meeting customer needs for data center and DRC services.
Presidential Decree 96 of 2014 Regarding the 2014 - 2019 Indonesian Broadband Plan, which states that the Data Center arrangement "... Data Center must be integrated" NDC has 6 integrated data center locations with the support of a strong and redundant backbone network, connected to local and international networks.
RPJMN Presidential Decree No.2 of 2015 About the number of data centers that are not optimal NDC has met the II and III rate standards as well as a certification that ensures data center services and facilities run optimally.
PDP Law 2020 Personal Data Protection Act NDC services and facilities support customers to get personal data protection.
